Renee Announces Affiliation with In Tune Monthly Magazine

Nashville Vocal Coach Will Write Series of Articles 
On Voice Technique Beginning with October Issue

 

Vocal coach Renee Grant-Williams announces a new national affiliation with In Tune Monthly magazine. The publication has engaged her to share the same techniques she developed while working with stars like Miley Cyrus and other young musicians through a series of eight articles beginning with the October issue and continuing through the school year 2018.

“I’m excited to give young musicians the opportunity to develop good vocal technique and outside-of-the-box ideas before they pick up bad habits that need to be corrected later,” Grant-Williams says.

In Tune Monthly is a magazine written for teen-aged music students. The magazine’s readership reaches into college age and is widely read by middle school, high school, and college-level music teachers. This “young musician’s textbook” shares the “how” and “why” behind all areas of the music business. Based in Manhattan, In Tune Monthly reveals the broadest range of options for continuing musical education, skills development, careers in the arts, and music integral and enduring role in life. In Tune Monthly is published with the cooperation and encouragement of the National Association of Music Education.

In Tune Monthly’s mission to broaden and enrich the music education of young music makers and critical listeners is shared by Grant-Williams. “It’s not every day that I have the chance to impact so many young fresh minds. My techniques may be a bit unusual, but they are easy to learn and they work!”

Grant-Williams has been coaching professional and amateur singers privately for more than two decades. Her clients have included Miley Cyrus, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Keith Urban, and Christina Aguilera. Now based in Nashville, she has previously taught at the University of California-Berkeley, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and the Actors Studio in New York City.
